• Marcy Euler

Interim President

Marcy Euler has lived in Tucson since 1988 when she began working for the University of Arizona.  She has a Bachelor Degree from Montana State University (Bozeman) and earned a Master’s Degree at Bowling Green State University.  In 1999, Marcy left the University to stay home with her two small children.  In 2009, Marcy, her husband Tom, their two children and a yellow lab, spent six months traveling throughout the United States in an RV visiting 35 states, dozens of National Parks, multiple state Capitols and countless museums. The country was the living textbook used to home-school the kids.  Over the years, Marcy has worked with a number of schools and not-for-profit organizations as a volunteer.  From August 2012 through March 2017, she served as Executive Director of the Tucson Festival of Books. As owner of the Euler Consulting Group (ECG), Marcy has a variety of clients in both the business and non-profit arenas.  Strategic planning, board facilitations, executive coaching and training are some of the services provided by the ECG.   In April 2018, Marcy became the Interim President of the Foundation.  Marcy can be reached at president@pimafoundation.org

KerrySue Koeppel

KerrySue has an Associate of Arts in Sociology from Pima Community College and a Bachelor of Science in Sociology from Arizona State University.  She is an Air Force veteran, mother of a daughter and grandmother of three.  She began her involvement with the Foundation as the owner of an outside consulting company that conducted an internal audit review of all endowments, scholarships, and programs in connection with legal and accounting compliance prior to becoming an employee.  Her background includes over 30 years of experience in the legal and accounting fields, with more than 13 years of specific tax-exempt organization corporate and compliance matters.  As the Foundation has transformed into a fundraising organization during the past year, she has implemented a variety of processes and procedures to assist the Foundation in meeting its compliance requirements as well as overseeing all accounting duties and streamlining the internal operations of the Foundation.  KerrySue can be reached at kskoeppel@pimafoundation.org.

Saby I. Andino

Saby has a Bachelor of Science in Secretarial from the University of Puerto Rico and a Master of Science in Counseling from the University of Phoenix.  Saby has many years of experience working with top level executives.  She has worked in the advertising industry and public relations as a Junior Account Executive coordinating special events.  Before joining the Foundation, Saby devoted 10 years to establishing a successful corporate structure for a local non-profit. She has been instrumental in the Foundation’s transformation to a fundraising organization during the past year and the implementation of new software, process and procedures.  While her job title is Executive Assistant and Coordinator, she is affectionately known as “Super Saby” by the Staff and Officers of the Board.  In addition to working at the Foundation, Saby travels as a speaker for various women’s conferences and training of leadership.  Saby can be reached at sandino@pimafoundation.org.
