For over 40 years, the Foundation has contributed to Pima Community College (PCC) by providing scholarships and program funds that support student success. Since 1969, the College has been committed to providing excellent educational experiences, delivered at competitive tuition rates, for coursework applicable to a bachelor’s degree and direct-to-employment jobs. As PCC embarks upon its second half-century, the Foundation is positioned to be more impactful than ever in raising charitable contributions that aid students in achieving their academic and career goals.

The landscape of higher education has changed dramatically over the past five decades. Now, more than ever, higher education must be nimble in providing academic content while meeting the employment needs of business. PCC is a leader among community colleges and works to engage industry leaders to collaborate in defining the future of work for our region. The Foundation’s role is to support every aspect of this equation resulting in a thriving economy built on successful students who earn relevant, academically rigorous certificates or degrees from Pima.

Many students enrolled at Pima Community College are in need of financial support to allow them to complete their studies and earn the credentials that launch them into their chosen careers. Departments and programs require funding to attract and keep highly-qualified faculty. Upgrading facilities and equipment to maintain pace with ever-changing technological advancements are critical to the teaching and learning environments at PCC. Transforming lives and empowering our economy are the bedrock upon which Pima Foundation was established. I invite you to join the Foundation in ensuring a positive future for our students and Southern Arizona as we keep Tucson thriving.

Sincerely,

Marcy Euler, M.Ed., C.F.R.E.
